The general meeting of the Board of Directors of Lake Roland Nature Council is held every third Wednesday of the month online via Zoom. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Lake Roland Nature Council Monthly Meeting Member Input Guidelines
Regarding the discussion of proposals or information from the membership during monthly board meetings:
- Any dues-paying Lake Roland Nature Council member wishing to speak at a board meeting needs to communicate that wish to the board secretary, in writing or via electronic format at [email protected], no later than 3 business days prior to the board meeting.
- The member’s topic of discussion will be added to the meeting agenda, potentially as new business.
- The member’s topic will be offered to the board for a vote to discuss or not discuss the topic. Depending on the vote the meeting proceeds, one way or the other.
As a matter of protocol, this guideline does not apply to Baltimore County Recreation and Park’s Employees, members of the Baltimore County Recreation and Park’s board, other Baltimore County governmental officials, elected officials, or members of the news media.
