The Trails Committee is composed of volunteers who spend time at Lake Roland and want to make it a better place for everyone. We are active in numerous areas in the park ranging from park maintenance, trail clearing, trail building, environmental committee support and dog park committee support.
The primary goal of the committee is to organize trail maintenance projects including fallen tree and vine removal, trail mulching, erosion abatement, and lake cleanups.
We lead monthly trail maintenance outings at 9AM on the second Saturday of each month and we assist the Recreation Committee in lake cleanups twice a year, in September and April.
The Tails Committee meets on the second Thursday evening of each month. The Committee can be contacted at [email protected].
